It was called PagePlus, and was basement level software. The Serif program mentioned in this clip I don't know but there was another program of theirs I used years ago and they hit me with marketing emails to the point I quit the thing and had to ban their email domain. There are other annoyances that make me real peeved I caved and bought it so quickly. And they keep pitching overpriced add ons I've no intention of ever buying. Filmora was easy to handle to my beginner ways but its faults show up most every time I use it now.

I'd tried several trial programs that either were too complex or else kept crashing out. And yes I'm observing the time and size limits for clips. The same clip with no edits goes straight into Flickr. When exporting to a form to be uploaded to Flickr, Flickr hangs and can't accept it.

A full library of import filters is needed for this kind of application. Twice this evening it refused to import a WAV file. It refuses to import common audio files, like MP4. I think there's more issues with this thing than the ones mentioned, to my mind you let them off lightly. It would be possible for us to offer our opinion however the most important opinion at the end of the day is yours, the users! Our program does indeed meet the needs of many happy customers, and we do hope to continue that trend in the future! Hearing the opinions of our customers will always allow us to make a better program, and to showcase what we have to offer. This is one of the reasons why, you will notice that we release new updates frequently.

I’m so happy to see that one of the issues you hadn’t liked in the past has been resolved in the current version of the software and I’m happy to let you know that our team is already developing the option to change ratio and frame rate with in our project and not just on export.
